Welcome to HKN. By accessing or using our website hknbeautiful.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between HKN and the customer. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. HKN reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. A purchase agreement is only concluded after you receive a written order confirmation from HKN.

We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to monitor settings and are not grounds for return.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed via our website. We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
  • Bancontact
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna

All payments are processed through a secured SSL connection and comply with PCI-DSS international security standards. Payment is due at the time of ordering. HKN reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Europe: 1–2 business days (express, free on orders over €250)
  • Outside Europe: 2–5 business days

HKN is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at customerservice@hkn.com before the period expires.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags and original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Sale items and gift cards

7. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by HKN are 100% authentic. Every item in our collection comes directly from verified brand sources or authorised distributors. If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HKN or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from HKN.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

HKN processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection law. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

HKN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. HKN is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at customerservice@hkn.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may submit it to the Dutch Consumer Authority (ACM) at acm.nl or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
