At HKN Beautiful, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Right of Withdrawal As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within this period by emailing info@hknbeautiful.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return Conditions Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging, returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Non-Returnable Items Worn, washed, or altered items — items with removed tags — underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons — final sale items.
How to Return Email info@hknbeautiful.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds Processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Exchanges Accepted for a different size or colour subject to availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
