Terms & Conditions — HKN Beautiful

1. About HKN Beautiful

HKN Beautiful ("HKN", "we", "us") is a luxury fashion retailer curating authentic designer goods for women and men. Our store operates at hknbeautiful.com. For questions, contact us at info@hknbeautiful.com.

 


2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through hknbeautiful.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms; the version active at the time of your order applies.

 


3. Products & Authenticity

All products sold by HKN Beautiful are 100% authentic. Every item is sourced directly from authorised distributors or verified luxury resellers. If you receive a product you believe is not authentic, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

 


4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR (or your selected currency) and include applicable VAT. We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and iDEAL Wero. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant.

 


5. Shipping

We offer free express shipping on all orders over €250. For orders under €250, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery within Europe takes 1–2 business days. Delivery outside Europe takes 2–5 business days. Shipments are sent via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

 


6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@hknbeautiful.com. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We will refund your payment — including the standard outbound shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The cost of return shipping is borne by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear, swimwear, or items where hygiene seals have been broken.

 


7. Returns & Refunds

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund at our discretion.

 


8. Warranty

Under Dutch consumer law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee that products conform to the purchase agreement for a minimum of two years. If a product develops a defect within this period, contact us and we will assess and resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

 


9. Privacy & GDPR

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely to process your order and, with your consent, to send marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time. For data requests, contact info@hknbeautiful.com.

 


10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email us at info@hknbeautiful.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) for further assistance.


11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
